This guide explains how to configure a data collection field within a Contract to request specific personal information (such as Name, Tax Code, VAT Number, etc.) from users.
Procedure
1. Access the edit mode of the Contract where you want to add or modify the data request.
2. In the Contract configuration section, locate the section (or "question") you want to modify or add a new one.
3. In the Type field of the section, select the option that allows collecting user data (this option will automatically load the personal data settings).
4. Fill in the Title field (and, if necessary, the Description) to explain to the user what data they are about to enter.
5. Check the Required box if the user must provide this data in order to submit the Contract.
6. Scroll down to the loaded specific settings section.
7. Under the label Requested Data, click on the multi-select field to open the list of available data.
8. Select one or more of the following fields you want to request from the user:
- Name
- Surname
- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Place of Residence
- Citizenship
- Tax Code
- Business Name
- VAT Number
9. (Optional) In the Minimum Age field, enter a numeric value if you want to impose an age restriction for filling out (the minimum allowed value is 16).
10. Complete the Contract configuration and save it to apply the changes.
