Set the title and description of a section/question

Why do it: Each section or question in your form requires a clear title and, optionally, a detailed description to guide the user in filling it out.

Procedure

1. Access the edit mode of the Contract or Form you want to configure.

2. In the form editing panel, navigate to the section or question you want to modify. Sections are managed through tabs or expandable panels.

3. Locate the field labeled Title.

4. Enter the desired text for the section or question title in this field.

5. Below the title, locate the field labeled Description.

6. Enter explanatory text or detailed instructions for the section/question within the Description text area.

7. If necessary, you can configure other options for the question, such as:

  • Selecting the Type of field (e.g., short text, multiple choice, etc.).
  • Checking the Required box if an answer is mandatory to submit the form.

8. Once you have completed your changes, click on the save button (usually Save or Next in the wizard flow) to apply the settings.
