Configure the sending of confirmation emails to the customer after completion

This guide explains how to enable the automatic sending of emails to the customer and/or the operator after a contract or form has been completed.


Procedure

1. Access the edit screen of the desired Contract.

2. Make sure you are in the first section of the wizard, titled Dati contratto.

3. In the side panel (or on the right), locate the section labeled Invia email di conferma.

4. To send a copy of the completion to the customer who just filled out the form, check the box next to Al cliente.

5. To send a notification and a copy of the completion to the operator (the system administrator), check the box next to All'operatore.

6. Once configuration is complete, click on the save button (usually located at the top or bottom of the edit screen) to apply changes.
