Configure the overlay (Dark, Light, Custom, or None)

The overlay is the background that appears behind the popup, darkening or lightening the rest of the page to focus the user's attention on the popup content.

Procedure

1. Access the edit screen of the popup you want to configure.

2. Click on the Appearance step (usually the last step in the configuration wizard).

3. Locate the box titled Overlay.

4. In the Overlay field, select one of the following options:

  • Dark: Applies a predefined dark overlay.
  • Light: Applies a predefined light overlay.
  • Custom: Allows you to define a specific color and opacity.
  • None: No background is applied behind the popup.

If you selected "Custom"

If you choose the Custom option, two additional fields will appear to define the overlay's appearance:

1. In the Color field, click on the icon to select the hexadecimal code of the desired overlay color.

2. In the Opacity field, enter a numeric value (from 0 to 100) to define the transparency of the overlay (100 means completely opaque).

After completing your changes, make sure to save the popup configuration.
