Popup and Modal Window Management

Content, Visualization, Trigger, Targeting, Design, Offcanvas

Description: This tool allows you to create highly customizable pop-up windows (popups) or side panels (offcanvas), precisely defining when, where, and to whom they should be shown on the website.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

Use popup management to optimize conversion and interaction with your visitors:

  • Lead Acquisition: Show a newsletter signup form or a special offer as soon as a user shows intent to leave the page ("before closing" function).
  • Advanced Targeting: Send specific messages (e.g., discount codes or notifications) only to precise audience segments, such as logged-in users or those meeting certain marketing conditions.
  • Contextual Messages: Limit the display of important alerts (e.g., a cookie banner or maintenance announcement) only on specific pages or sections of your site.

Main Features

  • Visual Content Creation: The popup content is managed through the Visual Builder, allowing insertion of text, images, forms, and any graphic element.
  • Display Mode: You can choose whether the popup should be shown automatically based on set rules or triggered manually via specific events or code.
  • Behavior Control: Detailed definition of opening triggers (immediate, scroll, exit intent) and closing rules.
  • Audience Segmentation: Application of advanced conditions based on login status (logged in/not logged in) and specific marketing filters.
  • Aesthetic Customization: Full control over type (popup or offcanvas), size, colors, and entry/exit animations.

Automatic Integrations

This module integrates with these system areas:

  • Visual Builder: Popup content is created directly inside the visual editor ensuring maximum design freedom.
  • Marketing Conditions System: Uses system’s advanced segmentation engine to define display rules based on user data, browsing history, or tracked actions.
  • Site Events: If a popup is set in manual mode, it can be triggered via configurable events within Visual Builder or through JavaScript code allowing activation in response to specific user interactions (e.g., clicking an element).
