This guide explains how to save changes made to a static or private page so that they are applied globally to all sites using that page. This option is available only to users with Super Administrator permissions.
Saving changes of a static/private page globally
Why do it:
This procedure is necessary to apply content changes of a standard (static/private) page to all sites using it, rather than only the current site.
Procedure:
1. Make sure you have completed all desired changes in the page fields, such as Page Title, Slug, and Page Body.
2. Click on the save button.
3. A dialog window will appear asking how you wish to proceed, with the message: "This is a global standard page. You can apply the changes made only to this site or globally to all sites. How do you want to proceed?".
4. To apply the changes to all sites, click the Globally button.
5. A second confirmation window will appear with the message: "Do you confirm that you want to save the page globally?".
6. Click Yes, save globally to confirm and apply the changes globally.
> Note: If you want to save the changes only for the site you are currently editing, at step 4 click Current site.
