This guide explains how to manage the visibility of one or more pages, making them public (shown on the site) or private (hidden from the site).
1. Show/Hide a Single Page (Edit)
You can manage the visibility of a specific page directly from its editing screen.
Procedure:
1. Access the main list of pages.
2. Click on the page you want to edit to open the editing screen.
3. In the main section of the page, below the Page Title field, look for the checkbox labeled:
- Mostra sul sito
4. To make the page visible on the site, make sure the Mostra sul sito checkbox is checked.
5. To hide the page from the site, make sure the Mostra sul sito checkbox is unchecked.
6. Click on the save button (usually at the bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
2. Show/Hide Pages (Bulk Action)
This procedure allows you to change the visibility status of multiple pages simultaneously directly from the main list.
Note on visibility: Pages currently hidden are highlighted with a red background in the table.
2.1 Show Selected Pages
This action makes previously hidden pages visible on the site.
Procedure:
1. Access the main list of pages.
2. Select the rows of the pages you want to make visible (by clicking on the rows themselves).
3. Click on the actions button (usually located above the table, on the right).
4. From the dropdown menu of actions, select Mostra sul sito.
5. A confirmation message will appear: "Sei sicuro di mostrare X pagina/i?". Click OK to confirm.
2.2 Hide Selected Pages
This action hides selected pages from the site.
Procedure:
1. Access the main list of pages.
2. Select the rows of pages you want to hide (by clicking on the rows themselves).
3. Click on the actions button (usually located above the table, on the right).
4. From the dropdown menu of actions, select Nascondi dal sito.
5. A confirmation message will appear: "Sei sicuro di voler nascondere X pagina/i?". Click OK to confirm.
Hidden pages will now appear highlighted in red in the list.
