This guide explains how to filter data in a Report using a specific date range (for example, to view registration or payment data that occurred between two dates).
Prerequisites: You must have uploaded or created a Report in the Analytics section.
Procedure to Filter by Date Range
1. Access the Configuration Panel
Make sure you are in the Report configuration view. If necessary, click the <i class="fa fa-arrow-left"></i> (Back) button to return to the Report configuration.
2. Add a New Filter
In the left sidebar, scroll down to the section titled Filters.
Click on the <i class="fa fa-plus"></i> (Add) icon in the header of the Filters section.
3. Select the Date Field
The "Select fields" panel will open.
Search for the date field you want to use for filtering (e.g., "Data prelievo", "Data di registrazione", "Data del pagamento", etc.).
Check the box next to the field name.
4. Confirm Field Selection
Click the Confirm button at the bottom of the panel.
5. Configure the Date Range
For each selected date field, a dialog titled "Filter: [Field Name]" will open.
- Choose the Operator: In the first dropdown menu, select your desired filter operator. To define a custom range, choose the BETWEEN option.
(Alternatively, you can choose predefined options like LAST 30 DAYS, THIS MONTH, etc.)
- Set the Dates: If you chose BETWEEN, click on the text field below. A date range picker will appear.
- Select your desired start and end dates within the picker interface.
6. Save the Filter
Click on the Save button in the filter dialog.
The filter will be added to the "Filters" list in the sidebar and the Report will automatically update to display only data within the specified date range.
