Why do it
You can delete media files to free up space or remove content that is no longer needed from your library.
Procedure
Follow these steps to delete one or more media files from your library:
1. Access the section of the system where the media file catalog is displayed (the media selector).
2. Locate the file or files you want to remove.
3. Select the file you want to delete. To select multiple files at once, hold down the multi-selection key (for example, CTRL or CMD) while clicking on each item.
4. Once the files are selected, look for the option or button to delete. It is usually labeled as Delete or represented by a trash can icon.
5. Click the Delete button.
6. If the system asks for confirmation, click Confirm or OK to proceed with the permanent deletion of the selected files.
The media files will be removed from the library and from the system.
