Why do it: To update the name, description, or set of images of an already created gallery.
Procedure
1. Access the media galleries management section.
2. In the list, locate the gallery you want to edit. The list shows the ID, the Preview (Image preview), and the Title of the gallery.
3. Click on the row corresponding to the gallery to access the editing screen.
Editing Textual Data
4. In the main section, you can edit the text fields:
- Gallery Name: Modify the title of the gallery.
- Description: Edit the text in the area below the Description label.
Editing Images
5. Scroll down to the Images section.
6. Use the media picker tool shown in this area to:
- Add new images from your library or your computer.
- Remove existing images.
- Reorder images within the gallery.
Saving
7. Once all changes are complete, click on the Save or Save Changes button (usually located at the bottom or top right) to apply the modifications.
> Note: If the Gallery Name field is left empty, the system will not allow saving and will require entering the missing data.
