Activate or deactivate an action (e.g., sending email, customer registration)

This guide explains how to manage the automatic actions that are executed after a user has filled out and submitted a form. These actions can include sending emails, registering a customer, or subscribing to a newsletter.

Guide: Enable or Disable a Form Action

Follow these steps to enable or disable a specific action associated with your form.

1. Access the "Actions" Section

1. Open the form you want to modify.

2. In the form editing panel, navigate to the section titled Actions.

2. Locate the Desired Action

In the Actions section, you will find a list of boxes, each representing a specific action (for example, "Register customer," "Send response email," etc.).

  • Active Action: If a box has a colored border or background (usually blue or green), it means the action is Active.
  • Inactive Action: If the box appears gray or with a neutral border, it means the action is Inactive.

3. Enable or Disable the Action

Within the header of each action box, you will find two dedicated buttons:

To Enable an Action:

1. Locate the box for the action you want to enable.

2. Click on the Enable button (usually blue or green).

3. Once enabled, the box will change appearance and the Content section will open, allowing you to configure specific settings for that action (for example, which form fields to associate with the email or customer name).

To Disable an Action:

1. Locate the box for the action you want to disable.

2. Click on the Disable button (usually red).

3. The action will be immediately disabled and will no longer be executed after form submission.

4. Save Changes

After enabling or disabling the desired actions and configuring their settings:

1. Click on the Save button (usually located at the bottom of the page or top right) to apply the changes.

> Note: If you enable an action (such as sending emails or customer registration) but do not fill in the required fields within its configuration, the system may prevent saving or show an error. Always make sure to complete the required settings for active actions.
