This guide explains how to configure a form to automatically assign labels (tags) to customers based on the form submission.
Important Prerequisite:
To correctly assign the label, it is necessary that the 'Registra cliente' (Anagrafica) or 'Iscrizione Newsletter' action is active. These actions ensure that the customer is registered in the system before the label can be associated.
Label Assignment Procedure
Follow these steps within your Form editing screen:
1. Navigation and Activation of the Action
1. Open the Form you want to edit.
2. Click on the Azioni tab (usually the second step of the wizard).
3. Locate the action related to Label Assignment (it might be named "Assegnazione Etichette" or "Labels Assignation").
4. If the action is not active, click on the Attiva button inside the action box.
2. Configuration of Static Labels
Static labels are those assigned to all customers who submit the Form, regardless of the data they entered.
1. Inside the action, look for the section titled Etichette statiche.
2. Click on the selection field and choose one or more labels from the existing list.
- Example: If you select the label "Lead 2024", all users who submit the form will receive this label.
3. Configuration of Dynamic Labels
Dynamic labels allow you to use values entered by the user in a Form field as a label.
1. Look for the section titled Etichette dinamiche.
2. Click on the selection field. This field is linked to Form fields you created in the Generali tab.
3. Select the Form field whose value should be used as a label.
- Example: If you have a field "Interesse" and the user writes "Prodotto A", the label "Prodotto A" will be created and assigned to their profile (if it does not already exist).
4. Saving
1. Once you have configured the desired labels (static, dynamic, or both), proceed with saving the Form.
2. Click on the save button (usually "Avanti" until the last step or a general "Salva" button) to make changes effective.
Each time the Form is submitted, configured labels will be automatically assigned to the customer, provided that the registration action is active.
