Why do it: To update or correct the content of the answer associated with an existing FAQ question.
Procedure
1. Access the main FAQ list.
2. Click on the row of the FAQ you want to edit, identified by its Name. You will be redirected to the editing screen.
3. On the editing screen, scroll down until you find the sections dedicated to questions and answers.
4. Locate the Question and Answer pair you intend to modify.
5. Click inside the Answer* field. This field is a Rich Text Editor that allows you to format text (bold, italic, lists, etc.).
6. Edit the answer text as needed.
7. Once your changes are complete, click the Save (or Save changes) button at the top or bottom of the page to apply the updates.
