Why do it
This procedure allows you to expand an existing FAQ group (for example, "Shipping" or "Returns") by adding new question and answer pairs.
Procedure
1. Access the edit section of the desired FAQ group.
2. Scroll down to the section containing the existing questions and answers.
3. To add a new question and answer row, click on the Aggiungi domanda button.
4. In the new row that appears:
a. Enter the question text in the field labeled Domanda*.
b. Enter the full answer text in the field labeled Risposta*.
c. (Optional) If necessary, upload an image or icon to accompany the FAQ using the Icona field.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional questions.
6. Once you have completed entering the information, click on the save button (usually located at the top or bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
