Main features

The FAQ module is designed for maximum flexibility in creating and managing content:

  • Group creation: You can define an unlimited number of FAQ groups, each with a specific name and description (e.g., "Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping").
  • Question management: Within each group, you can add, edit, or delete individual Question and Answer pairs.
  • Formatted answers: The Answer section uses an advanced text editor that allows formatting text, inserting lists, bold text, and links, ensuring clear and readable responses.
  • Visual elements: It is possible to associate an icon or a small image with each question to enhance its visual impact and identification.
  • Selective activation: Each FAQ group can be activated or deactivated at any time, making it immediately visible or hidden from the public.
  • Multilingual support: All fields (Group Name, Description, Questions, and Answers) support translation into different languages.

How to configure

Configuring an FAQ group is done through an editing panel divided into two main sections:

1. General Group Data
