This guide explains how to configure a checkout module to prevent users from modifying the quantity of products offered in the cross-selling section.
How to disable quantity selection for cross-selling products
Why do it:
By disabling quantity selection, cross-selling products will be added to the cart with a fixed quantity (usually 1), ensuring that the user cannot change it.
Procedure
1. Access the Checkout management section.
2. Click on the checkout item you want to modify to open the configuration screen.
3. The configuration screen is divided into steps (wizard). Click on the step (or tab) titled Cross-selling.
4. In the Cross-selling section, look for the settings group.
5. Locate the label Quantity selection.
6. Under this label, check the box next to Disable quantity selection.
7. Proceed through the following wizard steps (if any) or click the save button to confirm and apply the changes to the checkout.
