This guide explains how to define how many related products (cross-selling) can be displayed to the customer during the checkout process.
Procedure
1. Access the edit page of the desired checkout item.
2. Navigate to the section (or tab) titled Cross-selling.
3. In the Cross-selling section, make sure the Enable cross-selling option is checked.
(If this option is not checked, the cross-selling settings will not be visible).
4. Locate the field labeled Products to show.
5. Enter a numeric value in this field. This number represents the maximum number of products that will be suggested for cross-selling.
(Note: The system allows entering a value between 1 and 12).
6. Once you have set the value, proceed by saving the changes. Click on the save button (generally located at the bottom of the page or within the wizard flow) to apply the new settings.
