Why do it: The type defines how the global block will be used and displayed within the site.
Procedure:
1. Access the Global Blocks management section.
2. Click on the existing block you want to modify, or create a new block.
3. In the first editing section (labeled Contenuto), locate the Tipologia field. This field is next to the Titolo blocco globale field.
4. Click on the dropdown menu under the Tipologia label.
5. Select the desired type for the block.
- Note: If you select a type other than "default," the Opzioni di visualizzazione section will appear, allowing you to configure automatic display rules and link-based restrictions.
6. After selecting the type, click the save button (usually Salva modifiche or Salva) to apply the configuration.
