Edit an existing carousel

This guide explains how to access and modify the settings and content of slides in an already created carousel (slider).

Procedure

1. Access the Carousel

1. Go to the carousel (or slider) management section of the platform.

2. In the main table, locate the carousel you want to edit.

3. Click on the row corresponding to the carousel to open the editing screen.

2. Edit General Settings

Once the editing screen is open, you will be in the main Content section.

1. Edit the Titolo slider in the top text field.

2. To control the visibility of the carousel on the site, check or uncheck the Visibile sul sito box.

3. Modify Carousel Options

In the Opzioni section you can define the general behavior of the carousel.

1. Altezza slider:

• Enter a numeric value in the field.
• Select the unit of measurement from the dropdown menu next to it (for example px for pixels, vh for viewport height, vw for viewport width).

2. Opzioni Carosello:

• Autoplay: Enter the number of seconds after which the slide should change automatically.
• Loop: Select Si or No to decide if the carousel should restart after the last slide.
• Frecce: Select Si or No to display navigation buttons (arrows).
• Ordine casuale: Check this box to display slides in random order.

4. Edit Individual Slides

In the Slides section you will find all existing slides organized in tabs.

1. Click on the tab of the slide you want to edit.

2. Edit the Titolo Slide (useful for internal organization).

3. Edit the slide's Contenuto using the provided visual editor.

5. Edit Slide Background

Within each slide’s tab, scroll down to the Sfondo section.

1. Immagini di Sfondo:

• For Immagine Desktop, upload or select an image.
• For Immagine Mobile, upload or select an image specific for mobile devices.

2. Proprietà CSS dello Sfondo: Use dropdown menus to define:

• Dimensione (e.g., cover, contain).
• Ripeti (e.g., no-repeat, repeat).
• Posizione (e.g., center center, left top).
• Attaccamento (e.g., scroll, fixed).

6. Add or Edit a Background Video

In the Video subsection:

1. Enter the URL of the background video (Video Sfondo) (Vimeo/Youtube) in the appropriate field.

2. Al completamento del video: Choose desired action (for example, Continua a ripetere, Nascondi, Ferma ultimo frame).

3. Visualizza su: Select on which devices the video should be visible (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).

7. Edit Overlay

In the Overlay subsection you can apply a filter over the background image or video.

1. Gradiente: Select or enter a color gradient.

2. Colore: Select a solid background color.

3. Opacità: Enter a numeric value (from 0 to 100) to define overlay transparency.

8. Save Changes

After completing all edits:

1. Click on the Salva button (or equivalent save button of the form) to apply changes.
