To quickly find specific popups or view the list based on specific criteria (such as creation date or title), you can sort and filter the main table.
Sorting the List
You can sort the popup list based on any column present in the table.
Procedure:
1. Locate the table containing the popup list.
2. Click on the header of the column you want to use for sorting. The available columns are:
- ID
- Title
- Display (whether the popup is Automatic or Manual)
- Creation Date
3. Each click on the header will toggle the order (ascending or descending).
> Note: By default, the list is sorted by Creation Date in descending order (most recent at the top).
Filtering the List (Search)
To quickly search for a specific popup, you can use the search bar.
Procedure:
1. Locate the search field (usually positioned above the table).
2. Enter a keyword, an ID, or part of the Title of the popup you are looking for.
3. The table will automatically update showing only results that match the entered text.
4. To clear the filter, empty the search field.
