This setting defines how many days must pass before a user sees the popup again, after closing or ignoring it.
Procedure
1. Access the edit screen of the desired popup.
2. Navigate to the Behavior step (usually the third step of the wizard).
3. Ensure that the popup is configured to be shown automatically: in the first section (Content), the Show automatically checkbox must be checked.
4. In the Behavior step, locate the Show persistently checkbox.
5. Uncheck the Show persistently box. If this box is checked, the popup will be shown on every visit, ignoring any frequency settings.
6. At this point, a field labeled Show every will appear.
7. Enter the desired number of days in the text field. The unit of measure is preset to days.
- Example: If you enter
30, the popup will be shown to the user only once every 30 days.
8. Complete the wizard and save changes to apply the new frequency.
