This procedure allows you to define after how many seconds the popup should automatically close, ensuring it does not remain displayed indefinitely on the user's screen.
Note: The auto-close feature is available only if the popup is set to open in Automatic mode (i.e., the Show automatically checkbox is checked in the first section).
Procedure
1. Access the popup editing screen and click on the Behavior tab.
2. In the upper section, locate the Open trigger field.
3. Make sure one of the following options is selected, as the auto-close field is available only for these modes:
On page loadBefore page unload
4. Scroll down to the Preferences section.
5. Locate the field labeled Hide automatically after.
6. Enter the number of seconds after which the popup should close.
- Tip: If you leave this field empty, the popup will not hide automatically.
7. After making changes, click the save button (usually Save or Done) to apply the settings.
