This guide explains how to set how often the same popup will be shown to a visitor once they have closed it.
Procedure
1. Access the editing of the desired popup.
2. Make sure the Show automatically option (located in the first section, next to the Popup title field) is checked. If it is not checked, behavior settings will not be visible.
3. Click on the Behavior step in the top navigation menu.
4. Locate the options box.
5. Verify the Show persistently option.
- If this option is checked, the popup will be shown on every visit, ignoring frequency.
- To define a frequency, make sure Show persistently is NOT checked.
6. Once the "Show persistently" option is unchecked, the Display every field will appear.
7. In the Display every field, enter the number of days that must pass before the popup is shown again to the same user (for example, enter 30 to display the popup every 30 days).
8. Proceed with the other steps of the wizard and click on the save button to apply changes.
