Why do it:
By setting conditions, the popup will only be shown to visitors who meet the specific criteria you define.
Procedure
1. Make sure the popup is configured for automatic display. In the first section (Content), verify that the Show automatically box is checked.
2. Move to the second section of the form, called Conditions.
3. In the Conditions section, locate and uncheck the Show to all box.
- Note: If this box is checked, all complex conditions will be ignored and the popup will be shown to all users.
4. The panel titled Manage conditions will appear.
5. Within this panel, use the interface to build your display rules (Query Builder).
6. Click on + Add rule or + Add group to start defining filters (e.g., based on geographic location, login status, or other tracked variables).
7. After defining all desired conditions, proceed with saving the popup to apply the new rules.
8. Click on the form's save button (usually located at the bottom of the page or in the wizard footer) to make the changes effective.
