The opening trigger defines the action that the user (or the system) must perform for the popup to be displayed.
Procedure
1. Access the editing of the desired popup and navigate to the Behavior section (the third step of the editing module).
2. Locate the Trigger apertura field.
3. Select one of the following options from the dropdown menu. The available options are:
1. All'apertura della pagina (immediately)
The popup is displayed automatically as soon as the page loads.
- Attesa (secondi): Enter the number of seconds that must pass after the page loads before the popup appears. Leave empty to show immediately.
- Nascondi automaticamente dopo (secondi): Enter the number of seconds after which the popup should automatically disappear. Leave empty not to hide.
2. Prima della chiusura della pagina (on_exit)
The popup is displayed when the visitor moves the mouse cursor out of the browser window, suggesting an intention to close the page.
- Permanenza minima (secondi): Set the minimum time that the user must have spent on the page before the exit trigger is active.
- Nascondi automaticamente dopo (secondi): Enter the number of seconds after which the popup should automatically disappear. Leave empty not to hide.
3. Allo scroll della pagina (scroll)
The popup is displayed when the user scrolls down to a certain percentage of the page.
- Scroll pagina minimo (%): Enter the percentage of page scrolled by the user (for example, 50 for half page) to activate displaying the popup.
4. After setting up the trigger and related preferences, proceed with saving the popup.
