This guide explains how to apply changes made to a standard page (or "private page") to all sites using that standard.
Saving changes to a standard page globally (across all sites)
Why do it:
When you edit a standard page (such as the default "Contacts" or "Home Page"), you can choose to apply the changes only to the current site or to all sites managed by the system.
Procedure
1. After completing edits to the Page Title or Page Body, initiate the save procedure (usually via the "Save" or "Save changes" button in the interface).
2. A dialog box will appear with the message: "This is a global standard page. You can apply the changes made only to this site or globally to all sites. How would you like to proceed?".
3. To apply the changes to all sites, click on the Globally button.
4. A second confirmation window will appear with the message: "Do you confirm that you want to save the page globally?".
5. Click on the Yes, save globally button to confirm and save the changes across all sites.
> Note: If you had wanted to save the changes only on the current site, you should have clicked on the Current site button at step 3.
