Filter data by status (e.g., subscription, withdrawal)

This procedure allows you to apply specific filters to your reports based on the status of an item (for example, to view only "Active" subscriptions or "Completed" withdrawals).

Prerequisite: You must have selected or created a Report (New Report or Saved Report).

Step-by-Step Procedure

1. Access the Report Configuration

Make sure you are in the left sidebar, in the report configuration section (if you don't see it, it means you are viewing the Dashboard or the home screen; you need to load a report first).

2. Locate the "Filters" Section

Scroll through the sidebar until you find the section titled "Filters".

3. Add a New Filter

Click on the + icon (or add icon) located in the header of the "Filters" section. This will open the field selection window.

4. Select the "Status" Field

In the "Select fields" window, search for and check the box related to the field that defines the status you are interested in. Common names for these fields are:

  • Status (for withdrawals)
  • Subscription status
  • Other report-specific status fields.

5. Confirm Your Selection

Once you've checked the desired field, click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the window.

6. Define Status Filter Parameters

A small pop-up will appear to configure the filter logic:

  • Operator: Select the comparison operator (usually = for "equals").
  • Value: Enter or select the specific status you want to filter by (for example, Active, Expired, 1 or 2, depending on available options for that field).

7. Save the Filter

Click on the "Save" button in the filter configuration window.

The filter will be added to the list and your report will immediately update to display only data matching the selected status.

> Note: If you are editing a Widget within a Dashboard, after applying filters and previewing, click on the "Done" button to save changes to the Widget.
