Filter data by gender, city, or ZIP code

This guide explains how to apply demographic filters (Gender, City, ZIP Code) within a report that uses customer data.


Procedure for Filtering Data

1. Access the Report: Open the customer report or analysis section where you want to apply the filters.

2. Locate the Filters Section: At the top of the report screen, look for and open the section titled Filters and sorting.

Filtering by Gender

3. In the Filters and sorting section, locate the label Gender.

4. Click on the dropdown menu below and select the desired option:

  • All: To include both Male and Female.
  • Male: To view only data related to men.
  • Female: To view only data related to women.

Filtering by City

5. Locate the label City.

6. In the text field, type the exact name of the city you want to include in the report.

Filtering by ZIP Code

7. Locate the label ZIP Code.

8. In the text field, type the Postal Code (CAP) you want to filter.

9. View Results: Once filters are applied, the report will automatically update (or after a short delay) to show only data matching your set Gender, City, and/or ZIP Code criteria.
