Step-by-Step Guide: Deleting a Scheduled Report Notification

To delete a scheduled notification, you must first access the saved report associated with the schedule.

1. Access the Saved Report:

  • In the left sidebar, locate the section titled Saved Reports.
  • Click on the name of the report for which you want to delete the scheduled notification. The report will load in the main area.

2. Open Notification Management:

  • Look for the button or option to view or modify notifications/schedules associated with that report (this option opens the subscription management window).

3. Delete the Notification:

  • Once the notification management window is open, scroll down.
  • Locate the red-highlighted section containing the Delete Notification button.
  • Click on the Delete Notification button.

4. Confirm the Action:

  • The system may ask for confirmation to proceed with permanent deletion. Confirm the operation.

The scheduled notification has been deleted and you will no longer receive the report via email according to the previous schedule.
