This guide describes the necessary steps to delete a previously set automatic (or "scheduled") notification for a Saved Report.
Prerequisites: You must have already saved a Report and scheduled a notification for it.
Procedure to Delete a Scheduled Notification
1. Access the Saved Report
In the left sidebar, locate the Saved Reports section. Click on the name of the Report for which you want to delete the notification.
2. Open Notification Management
Once the Report is loaded, locate and click on the button or icon that allows you to manage the Report's Notifications/Schedules.
(Note: This step will open a dialog window containing details of the scheduled notification.)
3. Select the Notification to Modify
If you have multiple notifications scheduled for the same Report, select the specific one you intend to delete.
4. Delete the Notification
Inside the notification configuration window:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the window.
- Locate the red warning box.
- Click on the Delete notification button.
5. Confirm Deletion
The system will ask you for a final confirmation. Confirm the action to permanently remove the scheduled notification.
The scheduled notification will no longer be sent.
