This guide explains how to start creating a new custom Dashboard within the Analytics section.
Procedure to Create a New Dashboard
1. In the left sidebar, locate the Dashboards section.
2. Click on the (+) icon (Plus symbol) next to the Dashboards title to start creating a new Dashboard.
3. The system will load the main interface, which will display the message Empty Dashboard.
4. To begin adding content, click on the Add Widget button (visible both in the center of the screen and in the main header).
5. A dropdown menu will open. Select the Report Name (Source) you want to use to create your first widget.
- Note: After selecting a source, the system will create a default widget and add it to the Dashboard.
6. Once the Dashboard contains at least one widget, click on the Save button (floppy disk icon) located in the top right corner.
7. In the dialog window that appears (title: "Save"), enter the name you want to assign to your new Dashboard.
8. Click on the confirmation button to save the Dashboard.
Your new Dashboard is now saved and appears in the Dashboards list in the sidebar.
Editing Widgets
After adding a widget, you can modify its configuration (size, metrics, filters) directly from the Dashboard:
1. Hover over the widget you want to edit.
2. Click on the pencil icon (fa fa-pencil) located in the top right corner of the widget.
3. The sidebar will switch to Widget Edit Mode, allowing you to configure Columns / Dimensions, Metrics (Values), and Filters.
4. When finished with changes, click on the Done button at the bottom of the sidebar.
5. Remember to click on the Save button in the main header bar to save your updated Dashboard configuration.
