apply a filter for sponsor presence

This guide is intended for users who want to filter report data based on the presence or absence of an associated sponsor.

The "Sponsor Presence" filter is available only in certain types of reports (for example, reports related to Users or Subscription Payments).

Guide: Applying a Sponsor Presence Filter

Follow these steps to apply the "Sponsor Presence" filter to your report:

1. Access the Report: Open the report you want to analyze (for example, a report on Users or Payments).

2. Locate the Filters: At the top of the report screen, look for the section titled Filters and Sorting. If the section is collapsed, click on the fa fa-chevron-up icon to expand it.

3. Find the "Sponsor Presence" Filter: Within the "Filters and Sorting" section, scroll until you find the label Sponsor Presence.

4. Select the Desired Option: Click on the dropdown menu under the "Sponsor Presence" label and choose one of the following options:

  • Any: (Default option) Shows all data regardless of sponsor presence.
  • Present: Filters data to show only items (users or payments) that have an associated sponsor.
  • Not present: Filters data to show only items that do not have an associated sponsor.

5. Update the Report: After selecting your desired option, the system should automatically update the report data to reflect the applied filter. If the update is not immediate, wait a few seconds or look for a refresh button (such as fa fa-refresh) in the main toolbar.
