This guide describes how to apply a filter based on a specific List or Marketing Campaign within the Analytics engine.
Prerequisites: You must have already uploaded or created a Report that uses Marketing data (for example, a report on subscriptions or unsubscribes).
Applying a Filter for List or Marketing Campaign
Follow these steps to add a filter based on lists or campaigns:
1. Make sure you are in report configuration mode. In the sidebar, scroll down to the Filters section.
2. Click on the <i class="fa fa-plus"></i> (Add) icon to the right of the Filters label.
3. The Select fields panel will open. Use the Search field... box to quickly find the desired filter.
4. Locate and select the field you want to use by checking the box next to its name. Fields relevant for marketing typically include:
- Lista (or Tag)
- Campagna (or ID Campagna)
5. After selecting the desired fields, click the Confirm button at the bottom of the panel.
6. For each selected field, a dialog window (pop-up) will open to configure the filter:
- Select the comparison operator (e.g.,
=for "equals"). - In the Value field, enter or select the specific List or Campaign you want to filter by.
7. Click the Save button in the dialog window to apply the filter configuration.
Once saved, the report will automatically update showing only data related to the selected List or Campaign. The filter will now be listed under the Filters section in the sidebar.
To modify or remove an existing filter:
- To modify: Click on the filter listed under the Filters section to reopen its configuration window.
- To remove: Click on the <i class="fa fa-times"></i> (X) icon next to the filter name.
