apply a filter by subscription plan

This guide explains how to apply a filter based on the subscription plan within an Analytics report (for example, in reports related to Environments or Subscriptions).

Prerequisites: You must have selected and loaded a Report that includes filter options related to subscriptions.


Procedure to apply the filter

1. Locate the Filters section: In the Report screen, look for and open the section titled Filters and sorting.

(Note: If this section is collapsed, click the upward arrow icon to expand it.)

2. Find the Subscription Plan filter: Within the Filters section, locate the label Subscription Plan.

3. Select the Plan: Click on the dropdown menu under the label Subscription Plan and choose the desired option:

  • Any: (To view all plans)
  • Startup
  • Business
  • Enterprise
  • Unlimited

4. View results: After selecting the plan, the system will automatically update the underlying report (charts and tables) to show only data corresponding to the chosen subscription plan.


Managing active filters (Saved Reports)

If you are configuring a saved report or a widget in a Dashboard, applied filters will be shown in the report configuration:

1. If you are configuring a Report (not a Dashboard), active filters will appear in the Filters section of the configuration sidebar.

2. To modify an existing filter, click on the filter name in the list.

3. To remove a filter, click on the X (trash) icon next to the filter name.
