apply a filter by status (e.g., subscription status, withdrawal status)

This guide explains how to add a filter based on status (for example, the status of a subscription or a withdrawal) to your Report. Filters are configured in the left sidebar.

Step-by-Step Procedure

1. Access the Report Configuration

Make sure you are in the Report view and configuration mode (not the Dashboard). The left sidebar should display the sections Columns / Dimensions, Metrics (Values), and Filters.

2. Add a New Filter

In the sidebar, scroll down to the section titled Filters. Click on the [+] icon (or the pencil/plus icon) located in the header of this section.

3. Select the Status Field

The Select fields panel will open.

  • Search for the status field you want to filter by (for example, "Subscription Status" or "Status").
  • Check the box next to the desired field name.

4. Confirm Selection

Click the Confirm button at the bottom of the Select fields panel.

5. Configure the Filter

After confirming, a dialog window will appear to define the filter condition:

  • Operator: Select the logical operator (for example, = for "equal to", != for "not equal to").
  • Value: Enter or select the specific status value you want to include or exclude (for example, if filtering by "Subscription Status," you might enter Active or Expired depending on available options for that field).

6. Save and Apply

Click the Save button in the dialog window.

The filter will be added to the list in the Filters section of the sidebar, and the Report will automatically update to show only data matching the selected status.

> Note: If you are editing a Widget inside a Dashboard, after saving the filter, click [Done] to exit Widget edit mode.
