This guide explains how to configure a Form to automatically generate login credentials for the customer area and send them via email to new users who fill out the form.
Prerequisite: The "Anagraphic" action must be active on the Form.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the Form Editor
Open the Form you want to configure in edit mode.
2. Go to the Actions Section
In the Form Editor, navigate to the tab titled Actions.
3. Activate the Anagraphic Action
Locate the panel related to the Anagraphic action. If the action is not yet active, click the Activate button to enable it.
4. Access Credential Settings
Once the Anagraphic action is active, scroll within the panel until you find the section titled Credentials.
5. Enable Credential Generation
In this section, you will find the option:
Generate and send customer area credentials (only for customers not yet registered)
Under this label, check the checkbox:
- Generate and send credentials via email
> Note: This function runs only if the customer filling out the Form is not already registered in the system.
6. Save Changes
Complete the guided procedure and save the Form to apply the new settings. From now on, every new customer submitting the Form will automatically receive access credentials.
