This guide explains how to configure a form to automatically subscribe users to a dedicated marketing list, whose name will be based on the name of the form itself.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the Form Configuration
Open the form you want to modify.
2. Go to the Actions Section
In the form editing screen, click on the Actions tab.
3. Activate the Newsletter Subscription Action
Locate the action named "Iscrizione Newsletter" (or similar, if the name is not visible) and, if it is not already active, click the Activate button within the box.
4. Associate the Email Field
Scroll down to the configuration section of the "Iscrizione Newsletter" action. Make sure that the Email Iscrizione\* field is linked to the corresponding email field in your form.
5. Enable the Automatic List
In the same section, look for the Lista automatica option.
- Check the checkbox next to:
Iscrivi a lista 'Tramite form [nome del form]'
- Note: If this box is checked, the system will create and/or use a subscription list whose name corresponds to the name of the form you are modifying.
6. Save Changes
Once you have completed the configuration, proceed to save the form to apply the changes.
