Configure recipients for a generic request via email

This step-by-step guide will help you configure which email addresses will receive the data collected from your form, using the "Richiesta generica" action.

Configuring Recipients for a Richiesta Generica via Email

To send form data to one or more specific email addresses, you need to configure the "Richiesta generica" action.

Prerequisites

  • You have already created or are editing a Form.
  • The Richiesta generica action has been activated in the Azioni section.

Procedure

1. Access the Form: Open the Form you want to configure in edit mode.

2. Go to the Azioni section: Click on the Azioni tab (the second step of the configuration wizard).

3. Open the Richiesta generica action: Locate the "Richiesta generica" action box and make sure it is set to Attiva.

4. Locate the Destinatari field: Scroll down within the "Richiesta generica" action box until you find the field labeled:

> Destinatari

(This field might be hidden if the default configuration is set not to show customization options, but it should appear if the action is active).

5. Enter email addresses: In the Destinatari field, enter the email addresses where you want the form data to be sent.

  • You can enter multiple email addresses separated (the system will automatically handle them as distinct "tags").

6. Save changes: Once all addresses have been entered, save the Form to apply the new configuration.

From now on, every time a user fills out and submits this Form, a copy of the request will be sent to all email addresses specified in the Destinatari field.
