Restrict Download Access to Logged-in Users Only
Why do it:
To ensure that only registered and authenticated users can download the file in question.
Procedure:
1. Access the edit screen of the file you want to restrict.
2. Within the edit form, navigate to the section titled Limitations.
3. Locate the Restrict Access section.
4. Check the box next to the option Logged-in users only.
5. Click the save button (such as Save or Save changes) to apply the restriction.
Verification (Optional):
After saving, returning to the main file management screen, you can verify that the restriction is active by checking the Protected column. If the restriction is active, you will see the label Protected (usually accompanied by a padlock icon).
