This guide describes how to access and manage the display of the list of FAQ groups available in the system.
Viewing the FAQ Groups List
The main list shows all created FAQ groups along with their active status.
Procedure:
1. Access the FAQ management section.
2. A table named maintablelist will be displayed containing the list of groups.
3. The displayed columns are:
- Nome: The name of the FAQ group.
- Attivo: Indicates whether the group is currently active (
Attivo) or inactive (Non attivo).
Searching and Filtering the List
To quickly find a specific FAQ group, you can use the integrated search function.
Procedure:
1. Locate the search field (usually positioned at the top right relative to the table).
2. Enter a keyword or part of the name you are looking for.
3. The list will update automatically in real time, showing only rows that match the entered text.
Sorting the Groups List
It is possible to reorder the list based on the Nome or Attivo columns.
Procedure:
1. To sort the list, click on the header of the column you want to use as a criterion.
- For example, click on Nome to sort alphabetically.
2. Clicking once will sort the list in ascending order (A-Z or 1-9).
3. Clicking a second time on the same header will reverse the sorting to descending order (Z-A or 9-1).
4. The column currently used for sorting is highlighted with a small arrow indicating the sorting direction.
