How to Upload or Associate an Icon to a Specific FAQ Question
Why do it:
Associating an icon with a specific question helps visually categorize the FAQs and improves navigation for users.
Procedure:
1. Access the FAQ management section and open the item (FAQ group) you want to edit.
2. You will find yourself on the editing screen, under the General section.
3. Scroll down until you find the list of existing questions and answers. Each question is contained in a separate row.
4. Locate the row containing the Question and Answer to which you want to associate the icon.
5. In the same row, look for the field labeled Icon.
6. Click on the Icon field. This will open the file selection window or media uploader.
7. Upload the desired icon file (supported formats typically include PNG, JPEG, JPG, SVG) or select a file already present in the library.
8. Repeat steps 3-7 for each question you want to associate with an icon.
9. Once all changes are complete, click the save button (usually located at the top or bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
