To apply the changes made to the FAQ group (such as the name, description, status, or the list of questions and answers), you need to save them.
Procedure
1. Access the edit screen of the FAQ group you want to update.
2. In the General section, make the necessary changes to the fields:
- Update the FAQ Name\*.
- Update the Description.
- Check or uncheck the Active box to control the group's visibility.
3. Scroll down to the list of questions and answers. For each item, you can modify:
- The Question\*.
- The Answer\* (using the text editor).
- The associated Icon (uploading a new file if necessary).
4. If you need to add a new Question/Answer pair, click on the Add question button.
5. Once all changes are complete, click on the Save changes button (usually located at the top or bottom of the page) to store the data.
