Why do it:
To make the changes made to the FAQ group effective, including the name, active status, and the list of questions and answers.
Procedure
1. Check General Data:
- In the General section, ensure that the FAQ Name* field is filled out.
- Edit the group's Description if necessary.
- Check the Active box if you want this FAQ group to be immediately visible on the site.
2. Edit Questions and Answers:
- Scroll down to view the list of existing FAQs.
- For each FAQ, edit the fields:
- Question*: Enter or modify the question text.
- Answer*: Enter or modify the answer text.
- Icon: Upload or change the image associated with this specific question.
3. Add or Remove Questions (if in mother tongue):
- If you need to add a new question, click the Add Question button.
- If you need to delete an existing question, click the Delete Question button (associated with that row).
> Note: If you are editing a translation, you may see a warning reminding you to use the mother tongue when adding new FAQs.
4. Save Changes:
- Once all modifications are complete, click the Save Changes button (usually located on the top or bottom bar of the editing screen) to apply and record the changes.
