Why do it: Creating a new FAQ group allows you to organize frequently asked questions into thematic categories (e.g., "Shipping" or "Payment Methods").
Procedure
1. Access the FAQ management section in your control panel.
2. Click the button to create a new item (usually Add or New). The creation form will open.
3. Fill in the information in the General section:
- In the FAQ Name field, enter a clear title for the group (e.g., Returns & Refunds*).
- In the Description field, add a brief description of the group (optional).
- Select the Active checkbox if you want the group to be immediately visible to users.
4. Scroll down and click the Add question button to insert the first FAQ.
5. For each created question row, fill in the following fields:
- Question*: Enter the full text of the question.
- Answer*: Enter the detailed answer. This field supports advanced formatting.
- Icon: Upload an image or icon to associate with this specific question (optional).
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add all necessary Questions and Answers for this group.
7. When finished, click the Save (or Save changes) button to save the new FAQ group.
