Why do it: To control whether a frequently asked questions (FAQ) group is visible and available to users.
Procedure
1. Access the list of your FAQ groups.
2. Locate the group you want to modify and click on its name to open the edit page.
3. On the edit page, make sure you are in the General section (visible at the top).
4. Look for the checkbox labeled Active.
5. To activate the FAQ group: Make sure the Active checkbox is checked (selected).
6. To deactivate the FAQ group: Uncheck (deselect) the Active checkbox.
7. Click the save button (usually located at the bottom or top right, often labeled as Save changes or Save) to apply the changes.
Once saved, in the main list, you can verify the status of the group in the Active column (it will be indicated as Active or Inactive).
