Why do it: The invitation message is the text that will appear above the suggested products (cross-selling) during the checkout process, encouraging the user to add additional items to the cart.
Procedure
1. Access the Checkout configuration and click on the Cross-selling tab (or step).
2. Make sure the feature is enabled by checking the Enable cross-selling box.
- Note: If this box is not checked, cross-selling settings will not be visible.
3. Scroll down until you find the Invitation Message label.
4. Use the text editor (TinyMCE) located below the label to write the text you want to show to your customers.
- Tip: You can use this space to create an engaging invitation or explain why the suggested products are relevant.
5. Once you have finished editing, click on the form's save button (usually Save changes or Save) to apply the new message.
