Why do it: This is to limit the number of additional (cross-selling) products suggested to the customer during the checkout process.
Procedure
1. Access the checkout edit page you want to configure.
2. In the top tab navigation (wizard), click on the Cross-selling section.
3. Make sure the Enable cross-selling checkbox is selected.
4. In the field labeled Products to show, enter the maximum number of cross-selling products you want to display.
- (Note: The minimum value is 1 and the maximum allowed is 12).
5. Click the save button to apply the changes.
