This procedure allows you to select exactly which products will be suggested to customers in the cross-selling section of the checkout.
Procedure
1. Access the edit page of the checkout you want to configure.
2. Click on the Cross-selling tab.
3. In the section, make sure the Enable cross-selling checkbox is checked.
4. Locate the Product Source field.
5. From the dropdown menu, select the Select manually option.
6. A new section titled Cart will appear.
7. Use the product selection tool (Cart Builder) within the area under the Cart heading to add the products you want to suggest for cross-selling.
8. Once you have defined the products, save the changes to the checkout.
