Why do it: The personalized invitation message is used to encourage customers to add related products (cross-selling) to their order before completing the purchase.
Procedure
1. Access the checkout editing screen and navigate to the Cross-selling section (usually the fourth tab of the configuration module).
2. In the first column, make sure that the box under the label Enable cross-selling is checked.
- Note: If this option is not active, settings related to the invitation message will not be visible.
3. Scroll down until you find the label Invitation Message.
4. Use the text editor (identified by the field under the label Invitation Message) to enter the text you want to show customers.
5. Once you have completed customizing the message, click on the module's save button (for example, Save changes or Done) to apply the changes to the checkout.
