This feature allows you to show additional products (One Time Offer, OTO) after the user has added the main items to the cart, but before completing the payment.
Procedure
1. Access the edit page of the desired Checkout.
2. Navigate to the panel (or step) called Cross-selling.
3. Locate the section titled Enable cross-selling.
4. To enable the cross-selling feature:
- Check the box next to Enable cross-selling.
- Note: Once enabled, additional options will appear to configure products and messages.
5. To disable the cross-selling feature:
- Make sure that the box next to Enable cross-selling is unchecked.
6. Click the button to save the changes made to the Checkout.
